It takes approximately 24 hours to close an auction after an item is sold directly from our store located in the Midtown Manhattan Jewelry District. There is a slight possibility that an item may be sold and still run for this period. We reserve the right to offer a replacement or to mutually cancel the sale without penalty for either party. In the rare case that this may happen and the customer accepts the replacement we will ship the item for free.

Shipping includes insurance via UPS within the USA*. Most items ship within 3 business days. Certain items and special orders may take up to 10 business days. PO Boxes: Shipment via United States Postal Service Registered and Insured Mail.

Due to our insurance policy we do not ship to unconfirmed addresses. we reserve the right to withdraw mutually any sale if the buyer cannot provide address confirmation. we strive to get 5 stars. International Buyers: Please call us toll free at 1-212-730-8880 before sending payment. We do not accept responsibility for duties and taxes at customs. Legal issues prevent us from shipping items internationally as gifts.

to Canada - $70.00 and
to all OTHER COUNTRIES - $90.00.

Note:
For orders paid with a credit card we only accept orders where the billing addresses and the ship to address is on record with your credit card company for verification. If shipping address is not on record, simply call your credit card company and add the shipping address as valid to your account. To checkout please make the appropriate edits so the two addresses match.

We offer 7 DAY UNCONDITIONAL RETURN POLICY. If you are not fully satisfied for any reason you may return the item within 7 days* after received for a full refund less shipping charges. Any item that is altered from original condition is non-returnable. Refunds on lay-a-way payments will only be refunded within 30 days of first payment. If for any reason a lay-a-way is cancelled after that, a 6 month store credit will be issued.
*(Item must be received by Salvatore and Co. within seven days. Any item received after the seven day period will be issued a six month store credit.)
